Pius Kumeh, Founder & CEO, Emnetus Waste Management & Housekeeping Services Inc. (E-Waste.) has over five (5) years of experience working in the waste sector. He previously worked with Urban Waste Management Service as operation manager where he assisted in managing daily operations of waste collection and disposal services; supervised a team of 15 employees, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards. He also developed and delivered training programs on waste management practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with the community dweller and youth organizations on waste reduction projects and awareness on waste pollution in the community. Assisted in budget preparation and financial reporting, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Later founder Emnetus Waste Management & Housekeeping Services Inc. and has competencies in business management, Projects Management and Training and Development.
